Compensation:

• Compensation is largely commission-based. Illustratively, a sales representative that consistently brings in 25 new stores a month can expect a commission of $73,125 for year one, and $208,125 for year two. The potential is endless, the sky's the limit.

Overview:

Manna Fortunes is reimagining the lottery experience in convenience stores, gas stations, and fast-food establishments. We offer a free version of the lotteries allowing customers to play once a day every day for free. To play, customers use the Manna Fortunes app to scan the Manna display at participating locations. Customers also use the app to win in-store prizes as well as to check deals and specials. 

The advantages of offering Manna Fortunes in a store are multifold. Offering The Free Lottery generates excitement, fosters goodwill, and adds value to every visit. It increases brand loyalty and in-store spending. The Spin & Win feature which allows stores to offer their own prizes makes the store stand out. It is used to offer free items as well as steep coupons and is a boon for the customer experience and satisfaction. The lotteries in general are sold by retailers primarily to bring in customers, and give them what they want. Although some profit is made, it is outweighed by other factors, if not for the above objectives. Manna Fortunes is building on this basic principle and is easily understood by the industry.

As a salesperson at our company, your success is our success. We are here every step of the way to help you succeed. You will need to visit many stores to engage the owners/managers, and present to them our offering. Once they are in, the process is simple. They will need to fill out a form, and you will deliver the displays. This is a remote job and can be added on to a previous job that requires visiting these locations.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Think out of the box and implement creative strategies to generate more leads and sales

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has sales experience in the convenience store industry. This is not required.

Experience is a plus, Passion a must.
